Retail/contractor purchase with small-order premium ≈ $18/sq ft. Range $14 (large commercial order) to $25 (pre-patinated or specialty finishes). Series cadence: monthly. The dollar range is re-derived whenever the underlying index moves more than 5% from the derivation point.
