The two-cord rule

Northeast cords run $300 to $600 because demand is high and hauling is regulated. Southeast sits at $150 to $250 on abundant supply. Pacific Northwest lands between at $200 to $350. Hauling it yourself with a pickup

Can my supplier legally deliver from the next state over?
Often not.
